Set up Opsgenie integration
Complete the following steps to connect Opsgenie to Harness AI SRE:
Navigate to Integrations in the main menu
Click New Integration
Select Opsgenie from the template options
Enter a name and generate an ID
Copy the generated webhook URL
In your Opsgenie account, configure an outgoing webhook integration pointing to the copied URL
Configure payload mapping to match Opsgenie alert fields to Harness AI SRE fields
Set up route alerts to route and filter incoming Opsgenie alerts
