# Microsoft Teams Integration

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform for chat, meetings, and channel-based teamwork within Microsoft 365.

### How AI SRE supports Microsoft Teams <a href="#how-ai-sre-supports-microsoft-teams" id="how-ai-sre-supports-microsoft-teams"></a>

AI SRE supports Microsoft Teams through two mechanisms. Teams collaborate on incidents in Microsoft Teams, and runbook actions automate messaging and meetings.

* **Incident collaboration:** Teams coordinate incident response in Microsoft Teams, and AI SRE captures the conversation in the incident record.
* **Runbook actions:** Runbooks post messages and create meetings during a response.
