# xMatters Integration

xMatters is an on-call and service reliability platform. Harness AI SRE syncs xMatters on-call schedules to identify responders for an incident.

* **On-call schedule sync:** AI SRE reads xMatters schedules and rotations to identify the current on-call responder for an incident.
