# Jira Service Management Integration

Jira Service Management (JSM) is Atlassian's IT service management tool for handling alerts, on-call, and incident response.

AI SRE supports Jira Service Management through runbook actions. A runbook action creates JSM alerts during a response so responders are notified through their existing JSM workflows.
