Resource
Permissions

Escalation Policy

View, Create, Edit, Delete

Incident (AI SRE)

View, Edit, Incident Configure

SLOs

View, Create, Edit, Delete

Schedule

View, Create, Edit, Delete

AI SRE uses the Harness Platform's RBAC system. Create custom roles by combining AI SRE permissions (View, Create, Edit, Delete) for resources like Escalation Policies, Incidents, SLOs, and Schedules. Common patterns include admin roles with full access, user roles for operational access, and viewer roles for read-only access. Go to Role-based access control to review the full permission details.

This FAQ structure covers anticipated user concerns while keeping it aligned with the existing documentation format.
