Incorrect OAuth2.0 Redirects

Issue

OAuth2.0 authentication for the Spinnaker cluster has been setting up, but users are seeing redirects to the wrong page (for example, to http instead of https)

Cause

Configuration will need to be adjusted to ensure the correct redirects
