# Password Resets

Password Resets can be accomplished by self-resetting their password To do so, navigate to the support portal at <https://support.armory.io>

* In the Upper Right corner, click on Login\* Click on **Forgot Password?** and a new screen will load\* On the Identify screen, enter the email address of the user to be reset\* On the Verify screen, enter the username (which should also be the same email address) and click next\* An email will be sent to the email address shortly. Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password
