Password Resets

Password Resets can be accomplished by self-resetting their password To do so, navigate to the support portal at https://support.armory.io

  • In the Upper Right corner, click on Login* Click on Forgot Password? and a new screen will load* On the Identify screen, enter the email address of the user to be reset* On the Verify screen, enter the username (which should also be the same email address) and click next* An email will be sent to the email address shortly.  Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password
