Control which responses skip payload capture

Added a no_payload_response_headers option that lets you specify response headers for which payload capture is skipped, giving you finer control over what the worker captures.

Resolved Issue

Fixed out-of-memory errors on large payloads

Resolved an issue where processing large payloads could cause the worker to run out of memory.
