# Organizations

The Organization tab allows you to manage your organization, its users and teams, and view your user information. You can access this tab in the Qwiet AI via the Harness UI left-hand navigation bar.

## Overview <a href="#overview" id="overview"></a>

The **Overview** page displays the information that Qwiet has about you and your org.

![The Qwiet dashboard's org page](https://1323456121-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FHJwuqV3Cg06KbulvSaUS%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-af994d1136d55921441e6f4b8c02b7ae05694310%2Forganizations-org-c199b774ea.png?alt=media)

At the top, you'll see the number of applications, users, and teams associated with your organization. You'll also see the role you've been assigned.

The **Organization** section displays information about your org, including:

* Your **Organization ID**
* Your **Organization Name** and the option to change it
* What your **Organization Role** is
* Who the **Organization Owner** is and the option to reassign it

You'll also see your **Access Token** and `sl auth` command populated with the org ID and access token to link a specific Qwiet installation with your org easily. You can reset the token by clicking the Reset Token button and following the confirmation dialogue. Note that resetting the access token will invalidate the current token and may cause any integrations that use it to fail. You will need to log in again to gain access to the new token.

The **User** section displays information about you, including your name and email address. You also have the option to **Change Password**. When you click this link, Qwiet will send you an email with a link you can use to update your password.

Under **Product Information**, you'll see links to the Qwiet download files, the quickstart, release notes, and licensing agreements.

## Manage Users <a href="#manage-users" id="manage-users"></a>

The **Manage Users** tab displays user licensing information for your account and a list of the users associated with the org, including:

* Their name;
* Their email;
* Their organization role (a full list of the role types available to you is displayed near the top right, along with the color coding scheme Qwiet uses in the UI);
* The date they joined;
* The teams to which they've been added;
* When they last logged in.

You can change the user's role by clicking the **ellipsis** to the right, then selecting **Edit User Settings**. Choose their new **Organization Role** and click **Save**.

To delete a user, click the **ellipsis** to the right of the user's information and select **Delete User**. Confirm that you would like to proceed by clicking **Delete**.

### Webhooks <a href="#webhooks" id="webhooks"></a>

[Webhooks](/sast-and-sca/prezero/integrations/webhooks.md) enable Qwiet to send real-time, signed event notifications to your system. Use webhooks when you want to automatically trigger workflows or process events immediately after they occur.

### AI Features <a href="#ai-features" id="ai-features"></a>

#### AI findings

{% hint style="info" %}
AI-derived findings are available only to subscribers who have added this feature to their subscription packages.
{% endhint %}

Qwiet AI can produce [dynamic policies and display AI-derived findings](/sast-and-sca/prezero/ml-findings.md) to you on the dashboard. Enable this feature to see AI-derived findings flagged in your applications' results.

#### AutoFix

You can configure SAST AutoFix and SCA AutoFix independently for this application. Each capability supports the following settings:

* **Inherit**: Inherits the organization-level setting, which means that if the capability is enabled for your organization, then it's also enabled for the app.
* **Enable**: Enable the capability for only this app.
* **Disable**: Disable the capability for this app.

For more information, see [AutoFix](/sast-and-sca/prezero/autofix.md).

### Security issues <a href="#security-issues" id="security-issues"></a>

[Security issues](/sast-and-sca/prezero/security-issues.md) are instances of problematic code in applications that help you identify bad practices and potential vulnerabilities. Enable this feature to see security issues in your analysis results.

### Daily export <a href="#daily-export" id="daily-export"></a>

The Daily Export setting enables automatic daily backups of your organization’s scan data. When enabled, a backup is generated each day and securely stored.

You can configure the Backup Window (Days) to specify how many days of scan history (1–30 days) to include in each backup.

The Available Backups section displays the number of backups generated for your organization. The backup includes application metadata, scans, and associated findings for the selected time window.

Daily backups can also be managed programmatically using the [Data Export API](/sast-and-sca/prezero/api/api.md#organization-backup)
