Customer User does not have access to create Change Request

A Managed Customer user will need to have a different group assigned to them in order to have the functionality to file a change request.

  • Log in to the ServiceNow Admin Portal* In the Navigation bar, Search for User, and either look for the User List option under the Armory heading, or the Users option under the Organization heading.* Search for the user and click on them* Go to the Groups tab near the bottom and click on Edit…* Remove Armory - Customers and instead add Armory - Managed Customers* Click Save
