Customer User does not have access to create Change Request
A Managed Customer user will need to have a different group assigned to them in order to have the functionality to file a change request.
- Log in to the ServiceNow Admin Portal* In the Navigation bar, Search for
User
, and either look for theUser List
option under the Armory heading, or theUsers
option under theOrganization
heading.* Search for the user and click on them* Go to theGroups
tab near the bottom and click onEdit…
* RemoveArmory - Customers
and instead addArmory - Managed Customers
* Click Save
